How to use this free 14 day keto meal plan!
- All recipes in the keto meal plan have been calculated for 2 people for the shopping list. If cooking for more or less simply multiply or divide.
- If a recipe link shows serving for 1 use the slider to change to 2 serves.
- Below you can easily print off the shopping list and a menu plan of each week.
- Each recipe has a view or print tab. If you wish to just follow the recipes online just click view recipe and you can follow each recipe in simple steps in both Thermomix® and conventional methods where suitable.
- Each recipe can be printed and kept for your sole purpose only. Any printing, screenshots or photographs shared on the internet is a breach of my copyright. If you wish to share please share the link to the post and the plan only.
- Each recipe has macros that have been calculated using the WP Recipe Maker plugin. It is advised that you track your own macros on your personal tracker. Please remember brands of products can widely change the carbohydrate content of certain recipes.
- This plan has been created with only 2 meals per day, as it seems the majority of our users eat on average 2 meals or less per day. The website has over 350 recipes to choose from. Plus a link below for my Quick and Easy Meal ideas.
