Megan’s recipes have been a lifechanger for me…no more separate meals! They are so family friendly that my husband and kids have their ‘keto’ favourites and they aren’t even keto! We love a variety of food and meals with lots of flavour and Megan’s recipes give us that! We’ve been able to enjoy Mexican, Thai, Vietnamese, BBQ, Italian recipes all while maintaining my weight (having lost 15kg on keto 2 years ago). Most recipes are suitable for cooking after work and there’s even slow cooker recipes to make this busy mum’s life just a little easier.
