What is the difference almond flour vs almond meal? Not really quite a flour but finer and less gritty than almond meal.
What can I replace almond flour with? For nut-free keto recipes you can replace it with seed flours. I prefer sesame flour or a combination of sun flour and pepita meal.
Lupin flour is also a great substitute, but all do need to be tested in the recipe you are making. There can be varied results and flavour changes.
