Keto Chicken Caesar Salad Ingredients
To make a Caesar Salad a gluten free Caesar Salad is pretty easy, right? Take out the croutons and you are on a winner. For this Keto Chicken Caesar Salad, I recommend sourcing the best fresh produce you can find.
In this recipe I have used chicken thigh fillets. You can of course swap this for breast, chicken pieces or even prawns or smoked salmon are delicious in a low carb Caesar salad. Mix it up so you don’t get bored.
As for the bacon, I love hickory smoked. Speck and bacon chops, or thick cut bacon fried until crispy make for a delicious change as well.
Parmesan freshly shaved is my favourite to top off what is a very simple and fulfilling keto meal that can be prepared in minutes.
Enjoy!
