    If you think that this is all about eating just boiled, fried or scrambled eggs, then think again! This is full of amazing and delicious recipes (that use eggs of course), that don’t make this egg fast repetitive or boring! I even use many of the recipes after my egg fast and include them for meals during the week. On a 5 day program, I lost 4 kgs! Highly recommended this book to help with a stall or to help you on your keto journey again.

    I have both egg fast ebooks. They made my egg fast so much easier, having the different recipes kept it interesting and stopped me going off eggs! I did like the addition of the nutritional values on the recipes in Egg Fast 2.0
    I can’t recommend these two books enough, even if your not doing the egg fast there is some great recipes in them for day to day keto.

    I have done a 5 day egg fast and lost 2.5 kg , using this book , I found the variety of recipes make it easy to do . I started out only going to do a 3 day fast but ended up doing the 5 . The recipes in this book can be used every day without doing the fast , easy and delicious .

    I have just completed my second five day egg fast from this incredible ebook. I have just lost another 2 kg and at my lowest weight now in 2 and a half years. I had a bit of carb creep happen and put a few kgs back on after an overseas holiday. Life happens but I am ready to push for a few more kgs off again. The recipes in this ebook are both interesting and delicious. Some you don’t even realise you are having eggs. I wasn’t hungry at all and I looked forward to my next meal on the egg fast.

    I have done a 4 day egg fast recently and the recipes are absolutely delicious. I find I am not hungry afterwards despite my eyes telling me different. Top favourite are the cheesy jalapeno egg bites, so divine! Could see those bites as a filling for a quiche. I left the egg out of the coffee, hot chocolate and salted caramel drinks and had them separate(just nuked them gently in the microwave or frypan with some of the butter meant for the drink, as I just couldn’t face adding them to the drinks, the drinks still tasted good. Was the first time I had tried those sort of drinks and really enjoyed them, a good breakfast drink if I am not feeling like a meal.
