Keto Pizza Base Mix
This mix is so easy and quick to whip up and it is just like a thin and crispy pizza. It is a keto pizza base that actually stays slightly crispy on the bottom and holds together.
Food prep
The Pizza Base Mix can be made all at once and only a portion of it used if preferred. Simply cover the remaining dough in clingfilm or in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 3 days. Alternatively roll out all the bases and par-bake them then refrigerate or freeze flat in a ziplock bag.
Extra flavour
Add herbs or seasonings to the packet mix if preferred. I do like to add an Italian Seasoning mix to mine.
