Trust me on this you are going to love my Keto Egg Fast Shake. Delicious creamy salted caramel.
Servings: 1 serve
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese (45g) softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15g)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Sugar-free Salted Caramel Topping I use Natvia
- Pinch salt flakes
- Ice cubes
Salted caramel topping can be substituted for any no sugar topping, extract, vanilla, coffee or sugar-free hot chocolate.
I purchase the Natvia brand from Woolworths or use Hoppers Natural Caramel flavour.
The lemon juice is added to "cook" the raw egg.
