Ingredients

kg
beef brisket
pick a meaty looking piece, with not too much excess fat

garlic cloves
cut in half
1
tbsp
sweet paprika
2
tsp
pink Himalayan salt
1
tsp
white pepper
2
cups
beef stock
2
tbsp
tomato paste
2
tbsp
coconut aminos
1
cup
sliced mushrooms
1/2
cup
sour cream
cracked black pepper

Instructions
Add brisket, garlic, paprika, salt, white pepper, and stock to slow cooker (no need to brown beef)
Cook 6 hours on low
Add tomato paste, coconut aminos, and mushrooms to slowcooker
Cook 1/1/2 hours on low
Add sour cream and season with pepper
Cook final 1/2 hour until thick and brisket shreds
Eat it with some cauliflower-mash or just on its own.
Simple, fast and fabulous!
