CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • Heat coconut ghee, butter and sweetener in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir to combine.
  • Place gelatin and water in a small bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir to dissolve.
  • Add all ingredients to butter and sweetener mix. Stir until mixture comes together and forms a sticky caramel.
  • Spoon into silicone mould. Freeze until firm.

Notes

  1. Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
