Caramel Fat Bomb Drops
My little secret Caramel Fat Bomb Drops are seriously perfect! Treat or coffee bomb they are so delicious!
I don’t even know how I came up with this recipe. I wanted a little something to drop in coffee or hot chocolate for a touch of decadence. The recipe had to be very low carb, very low carb calorie and super low on any sweeteners.
I will say everything I planned in this fat bomb recipe worked perfectly.
Caramel Fat Bomb Drops Ingredients
These are very simple to make and I have a few substitutions for you to use, depending on what you have in your pantry
- 100 g coconut ghee – you can substitute coconut butter, or coconut oil (not liquid coconut oil)
- 80 g butter, substitute ghee for a dairy free fat bomb recipe
- 30 g Raw Earth Stevia/Monk Fruit sweetener, or sweetener of choice – YES any sweetener of choice. Just check the sweetness levels and adjust accordingly
- 15 g gelatin, I use Locako. For all purchases of Locako products use our link and coupon code MEGAN15 to get 15% off your order.
- 50 ml water
- 20 g raw cacao powder, or unsweetened cocoa powder
- 20 drops Natural Caramel flavour, I use Hoppers – I buy this from both cake specialty stores or my local Organic store. You can however use a brown sweetener or caramel extract or sweetener.
- 100 g collagen – you can substitute whey protein isolate, although I recommend collagen. I use Locako. For all purchases of Locako products use our link and coupon code MEGAN15 to get 15% off your order.
- 50 g vanilla MCT powder, I use Locako. For all purchases of Locako products use our link and coupon code MEGAN15 to get 15% off your order.
- Salt flakes

These are such an easy surprise filled mouthful or as I have just found out, the “bomb” in a long black coffee.
It takes the bitterness out of the coffee for me and I don’t have to add cream anymore. So clever and keeps me satisfied for hours.
At zero carbs it is great for getting through the question of “do I really need a meal right now?” For me the answer had been no I didn’t.
Love these and will definitely be keeping a supply in the freezer.
For me it’s helped me achieve one meal a day and continued weight loss .
