Walnut Cinnamon Bun Keto Protein Bars

These Walnut Cinnamon Bun Keto Protein Bars taste just like a cinnamon bar met a caramel slice. These are delicious and a great hit of protein and satisfy even the biggest sweet craving without being overtly sweet.

Instructions

  • Heat Sukrin syrup in a medium pyrex bowl in microwave for 30 seconds or until you see it start to bubble.
  • Add all ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Using your hands really mash these ingredients until it starts to form a sticky but dry consistency.
  • Press into moulds of choice or slice tray. I use a piece of cling film over the top and press flat and smooth with my hands.

Notes

1. You can flavour these bars with flavoured WPI, or other spices and extracts.
2. If your mix turns out a little dry heat more syrup and add to the mix.
3. The MCT adds a little consistency to the mix, you can substitute liquid coconut oil. If some "bleeds" out of your bars afterwards this is fine and good for you. lol.
4. The carbs in these is very negligible in one bar the total net carbohydrate for the whole mixed batch was under 4g.
