You will love my keto rib rub. Not only is it perfect for unctuous smokey BBQ ribs but is also delicious with chicken, prawns, burgers and even a roast dinner!

CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into a jar. Shake to combine.

THERMAL METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into the mixer bowl; mix 10 sec/speed 4.

STORAGE
  • Store in an airtight jar for up to 2 months.
USAGE
  • Sprinkle liberally over lamb, pork or beef ribs before barbecuing, smoking or slow cooking. Rub into the meat and allow to marinate for 1 hour or overnight.
  • The Keto Rib Rub can be added to burgers or used as a seasoning for any protein or vegetables.
