Thermo-mixer Method
Add coriander and cumin seed and anchos to mixer
Cook 2 minutes / 80℃ / stir
Add rest of ingredients and blend 15 seconds / speed 10
Store in airtight jar for up to 3 months
This is my very basic Mexican style seasoning you can use it in your slow cooked recipes, fried or baked
For a simple tasty spiced wing
Cut your wings discarding the wing tip
Coat in 2 tbsp of Signature spice, and bake in an oven at 180 degrees, until crispy and cooked through
