Mix all ingredients together
Place into silicone loaf pan, 22 x 9 cm
Cover with foil
Cook until slightly firm and golden
Approximately 30-40 minutes
Serve with fresh avocado, tomato and baby spinach

A very simple but delicious quiche. Fabulous for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
