Double Cheese and Bacon Crustless Quiche

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 70 g thickened cream
  • 170 g cheese of choice, cubed
  • 120 g bacon diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 160℃
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Place into silicone loaf pan, 22 x 9 cm
  • Cover with foil
  • Cook until slightly firm and golden
  • Approximately 30-40 minutes
  • Serve with fresh avocado, tomato and baby spinach

Notes

A very simple but delicious quiche.  Fabulous for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
