Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sumac
  • 2 tbsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp marjoram
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

THERMAL METHOD

  • Add all ingredients to the mixer; mix 8 sec/speed 3.

CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Mix to combine.

Notes

Store Lebanese Zaatar in an airtight jar or container for up to 1 month.
