An insanely tasty keto whipped cream with just 3 ingredients. Enjoy as a whipped cream dessert with berries or with your favorite smoothie!

  • Handmixer or Standmixer




  • Place all the ingredients into a mixer bowl.
  • Start whipping with a hand mixer on low and increase to medium-high. Whip until preferred soft or firm peaks. Don’t over-whip or your cream will become butter!
  • Use whipped cream as desired.


  • Insert whisk attachment. Place all the ingredients into the mixer; mix speed 3/cap off until soft peaks (around 30-45 sec) or longer to stiff peaks. Don’t over-whip or your cream will become butter!
  • Use whipped cream as desired.



Whipped cream will keep well in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 5 days. Whipped cream cannot be frozen.
If after chilling the mixture has separated gently stir with a spoon to combine or lightly whip to bring it back together.
Spoon onto your favourite keto smoothies like our Blueberry Smoothie. Serve with your favourite keto cheesecake or stir through our Keto Lemon Curd or Pumpkin Spices to make a very tasty mousse.
