CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into a small bowl and stir to combine. Pour into a skillet over medium heat and toast until fragrant.

THERMAL METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into the mixer; mix 5 sec/speed 3. Toast the spices 3 min/100°C/speed 2.

Notes

This recipe makes approximately 18 teaspoons. The actual number of servings will depend on your preferred portion sizes. It is very rich so you may prefer smaller serves.
