Keto Dalgona Coffee - Whipped Coffee

This 3 ingredient keto Dalgona coffee may just be your drink of choice for weeks to come. So easy and delicious!

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee instant or granulated
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener See Note 2
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water


  • 1 cup Keto Milk (click link for recipe) or dairy free milk of choice



  • Place all ingredients into a small, but deep bowl. Using a hand mixer or whisk whip the mixture until thick and pale. With my hand mixer this only took 2.5 minutes to achieve a thick mix.


  • Note: Double the recipe if using the Thermomix®.
  • Insert Butterfly. Place all ingredient into mixer bowl. Mix 3 min/speed 4.



  1. Recipe Notes for Keto Dalgona Coffee:
    • Instant Coffee: Use instant coffee granules to achieve the frothy texture of Dalgona coffee.
    • Allulose, erythritol or Stevia: Choose a keto-friendly sweetener to balance the bitterness of the coffee.
    • Hot Water: Use hot water to dissolve the coffee and sweetener.
    • Unsweetened Keto Milk, Almond milk or Coconut Milk: Opt for a low-carb milk alternative. Try our Peanut Milk or Hemp Milk alternatives.
    • Ice (Optional): Add ice cubes to enjoy Dalgona coffee as an iced beverage.
    • Dalgona coffee is best enjoyed fresh, right after preparing.
    • It's not recommended to store the frothed coffee mixture, as it may lose its texture and flavor over time.
    • Sweeteners: You can use keto-friendly sweeteners like monk fruit, xylitol, or allulose instead of erythritol or stevia.
    • Milk Alternatives: If almond or coconut milk isn't suitable, consider using other low-carb options such as macadamia milk, or cashew milk.
