A pretty bloody awesome bulletproof coffee recipe if I do say so myself. Creamy and easy keto coffee to love.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot coffee (250ml)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (15g)
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or powder
  • 1 egg optional
  • Pinch salt flakes

OPTIONAL

Instructions

CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and mix 1 minute until. smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

THERMAL METHOD

  • Place all ingredients into mixer, mix 1 min/ 37°C/speed 5. Serve immediately.

Notes

INGREDIENTS
Sweetener - any sweeteners can be used or use none.
Eggs is completely optional.
Personally I prefer the powdered MCT as it adds a delicious creaminess to the coffee.
