Keto Bacon Ranch Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Ranch Spice Mix click link for recipe
  • 1 cup cream cheese (250g) softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 125g
  • 2 bacon rashers chopped and fried until crispy
  • 1 tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 180℃ (fan-forced).
  • Combine Ranch Spice Mix, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the bacon, chives and cheese in a large bowl until well combined. Transfer to a small baking dish. Sprinkle over remaining bacon and cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle over chives and serve with keto crackers.

THERMAL METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 180℃ (fan-forced).
  • Add Ranch Spice Mix, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the bacon, chives and cheese into mixer bowl and mix 30 sec/speed 4. Transfer to a small baking dish. Sprinkle over remaining bacon and cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle over chives and serve with keto crackers.

Notes

Ranch Dip can be served hot or cold.
Store in the fridge safely for up to 5 days.
