Sugar Free Sweet Chilli Sauce
It is chilli picking time at my house and Keto Sugar Free Sweet Chilli Sauce is on the menu. A great way to use up some chillies from the garden and create a fabulous sugar free sauce.

Sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 5 cm ginger peeled and chopped
- 100 g red chillies (or use 1 tbsp of chilli flakes) I use a mix of serrano, cayenne and jalapeno
- 1 teaspoon salt flakes
- 1 cup brown sweetener or any sweetener of choice
- 1 cup white vinegar
CONVENTIONAL METHOD
In a food processor blend all sauce ingredients until finely chopped.
Pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover with a lid. Cook, stirring occasionally for 15-20 minutes or until sauce is thick and reduced. Pour into sterile jars, seal and cool. Store in fridge for up to 1 month.
THERMOMIX® METHOD
Blend all sauce ingredients 10 sec/speed 7. Scrape down the sides of bowl.
Cook 20 min/90℃/speed 1. Increase cooking time if needed. Pour into sterile jar, seal and cool. Store in fridge for up to 1 month.
