Notes

Sumac is a lemony Middle Eastern spice that can be found in most supermarkets. Substitute any other spice of choice.
Parmesan can be left out for a dairy free keto cracker. You can substitute nutritional yeast flakes for a cheesy flavour if you wish.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
If crackers soften simply place them into a moderate oven (170℃) and re-crisp.
These crackers are fabulous with butter and Vegemite or any of your favourite dips and cheese.
They are a very crispy cracker.  If your crackers are not crispy in towards the centre of the mix then cut out your outside crackers and pop the rest of the mix back in the oven for a couple of minutes until it is crispy.
