Thai Beef Salad is one of my personal favourites and this deliciously simple recipe is no exception. Perfect from the first mouthful to the last.

INGREDIENTS
Gold sweetener can be found in the supermarket. I use Sukrin Gold however other brands such as Lakanto and Natvia Gold will be suitable.
Gluten free fish sauce is found in the sauce and Asian foods aisle in most supermarkets.
I use Gourmet Garden lemongrass paste in this recipe. Alternatively, use fresh lemon grass finely minced or grated .
