Instructions
Add cream and chocolate to heatproof bowl and microwave on high for
2 minutes.
Stir to combine, then place in a ramekin and refrigerate for
3 hours
.
Use a melon baller to scoop out the balls.
Shape and roll in cocoa and serve.
Notes
Store these truffles in the fridge or in the freezer. They are still amazing to eat straight from the freezer too!
