- 2 1 inch pieces fresh ginger
- 5 ml apple cider vinegar
- 4 sprigs mint
- 30 ml lemon juice
- Soda water
- 2 large icecubes
Add everything except the soda water to a glass
Muddle with muddler, or a spoon (basically just give it a bit of a squish and crush)
Add a couple of large icecubes
Top with soda water
