Instructions
Thermomix® Method
Place all ingredients into bowl and chop 20 seconds/speed 6
Cook 20 minutes/Varoma/speed 1
Blend 1 minute/gradual in speed up to speed 7. Scrape and repeat if necessary
Store in glass jar in fridge up to 1 month
*Substitute Herbamare for rock salt
This stock tastes amazing!
Conventional Method
Add all ingredients to blender or food processor
Pour into a medium saucepan and over medium heat cook for 20-30 minutes
Return to blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Store in glass air tight jar in fridge up to 1 month
Notes
This is a delicious stock paste to have handy in the fridge for everything from your soups to tasty baked veg or chicken.
