Instructions

CONVENTIONAL METHOD

  • In a medium saucepan over moderate heat stir all ingredients until smooth and thickened. Keep an eye on it and stir regularly.
  • Pour fudge into a lined brownie tin. Refrigerate until firm and cut into serves.

THERMAL METHOD

  • Add all ingredients to the mixer; cook 22 min/90℃/speed 3.
  • Pour the fudge into a lined brownie tin. Refrigerate until firm and cut into serves.

Notes

  1. Fudge can be stores in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Fudge can be frozen in individual portions in an airtight ziplock bag for up to 6 months.
  3. For a milk chocolate or dark chocolate variety use Vitawerx or Well Naturally chocolate.
  4. Use rind, extracts or food safe essential oils to flavour fudge.
