Our super simple and easy 4-ingredient guacamole recipe is such a favourite of mine!

- 2 avocados
- 1/4 red onion finely minced
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
THERMAL METHOD
Place the onion, coriander and jalapeños (if using) into the mixer; chop 4 sec/speed 5.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix 15 sec/speed 4. Scrape and repeat if necessary. Season to taste
INGREDIENTS
Look for ripe or slightly firm avocados. No one likes black guacamole.
Fresh lime juice is preferred over bottled. Lemon juice or pickle juice can be used in its place.
Don't forget to season the guacamole before serving.
STORING
Guacamole is best served immediately. If stored overnight press a piece of cling film directly onto the guacamole to remove all air.
This recipe yields approximately 4-6 servings. The actual number of servings will depend on your preferred portion sizes.
