White Chocolate Keto Fudge

The most delicious keto snack that is rich in fat and protein, White Chocolate Keto Fudge. It’s hard to believe that this is indeed a keto recipe.

This is one of those low carb sweet recipes that is super easy to make, and perfect for the fridge and freezer. I like to make this and store half in the freezer. 

Read on for some tips when making keto fudge and a few alternate flavours.

Here is the ingredients that you need to make a great keto fudge.

  • 110 g sugar free smooth peanut butter. I love the Mayvers brand from Woolworths. You can however, substitute any nut butter of choice.
  • 100 g Sukrin Gold, sweetener
  • 100 sweetener of choice, I use Sukrin:1
  • 80 g Sukrin Clear Fibre Syrup, there is not keto alternatives in Australia for this ingredient
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 120 g butter, cubed. I use salted butter
  • 50 g whey protein isolate. I use Isopure. A plant based protein isolate can be substituted.
  • 100 g Vitawerx white chocolate. 
  • 100 g thickened or heavy cream
  • 2 pinches of salt flakes. Essential as it helps to thicken and flavour the fudge.

Not only is this recipe a delicious keto fudge recipe it is also the perfect keto fat bomb recipe as well. At 10g for a small serving size, this little treat packs some fat as well. 

For some delicious flavour variations here are a few suggestions.

  • Flavoured collagen powders. There are so many of these available on the market now. Even now I have a cupboard full of Salted Caramel, Cookies and Cream, Chocolate, Banana and so many more.
  • Extracts. Using extracts like Maple, Raspberry, Coffee, or Vanilla would be a super delicious variety.
  • Vitawerx Milk Chocolate. Simply substitute the dark chocolate for either of these for a new flavour. 
  • Fill the fudge with macadamias, coconut, hazelnuts, peanuts, cacao nibs and so many more keto fillings for a crunchier version.

  • In a medium saucepan over moderate heat stir all ingredients until smooth and thickened. Keep an eye on it and stir regularly.
  • Pour fudge into a lined brownie tin. Refrigerate until firm and cut into serves.


  • Add all ingredients to Thermomix® and cook 22 minutes/90℃/speed 3.

  1. Fudge can be stores in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  2. Fudge can be frozen in individual portions in an airtight ziplock bag for up to 6 months.
  3. For a milk chocolate or dark chocolate variety use Vitawerx or Well Naturally chocolate.
  4. Use rind, extracts or food safe essential oils to flavour fudge.

    Does this fudge soften or melt when out of the fridge, like chocolate would in our hotter weather?

      Hi Mary, it will slightly soften but it will not melt to a liquid. I have had fudge wrapped in cellophane on my dining table all week and it still looks perfect.

    Hi Megan,
    I found this recipe on your section for coeliacs (which I am one of). I thought I remembered you writing once that the Sukrin Gold products have a little bit of gluten in them (I assume this is from the malt extract). This recipe uses Sukrin Gold.
    I thought it wise to point out for other coeliacs to be aware of. Is there a suitable substitute?
    I do love your recipes and have bought your books. I also love that you provide for Thermomix!!

      HI Dianne I will make the correction for coeliacs, but it should be noted this recipe can be made with Sukrin Clear to be safe for Coeliacs. (Plus a little exciting news is there is a new non-IMO and gluten free Sukrin Gold on its way to Australia).
