Tex Mex Fajita Seasoning is another fabulous spice blend that gets a regular workout in my household.
To be honest I cannot even remember when I first fell in love with Mexican food but let’s say somewhere in the last 25 year or so. I did work at a Mexican restaurant so many years ago. Ironically it was called Megan’s and it was run by Greeks……yep was it good? Um no! I was 20 and let’s say I didn’t stay long, but my love of Mexican food has lasted well and truly after.
A quick and easy blend of spices that works well with all proteins.

Tex Mex Fajita Seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cumin ground
- 1 tbsp cayenne
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp coriander ground
- 1 tbsp Mexican oregano
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container
