I have added the extra title “the best keto cracker recipe” because for me these Seasoned Keto Crackers are quite literally my favourite of ALL time!
That is a mighty call because of you were not aware I have loads of grain free cracker recipes both on this website and in my books.
I have even done a whole eBook Crackers and Cookies devoted to the many ahhhhmazing cracker recipes I have made. But, yes in my opinion this recipe definitely tops them all.

Seasoned Keto Crackers Ingredients
All you need to make these crackers is some almond meal, sesame seeds, nutritional yeast, sour cream an egg and Bagel Sprinkles.
Rather than refer you to the recipe (in my cookbook) I have included an easy mix that will just make this recipe.
However, if you wish to have the full recipe look for the Bagel Sprinkles in your copy of Keto Eats or you can purchase a copy here>>.

It is no secret that I LOVE crackers! I not only have them with some of my favourite dips, patés, cheeses, and avocado, but they are totally as awesome crumbled up in salads as well for a yummy extra crunch.

CONVENTIONAL METHOD
- Preheat oven to 170℃. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or large bowl and pulse or stir until well combined and forms a dough.
- Roll out dough between 2 large pieces of baking paper until approximately 2-3mm thick. Using a cookie cutter or pizza wheel, cut into 72 portions. Place gently onto prepared lined baking tray.
- Season with salt flakes.
- Baker 10 – 15 minutes. (I do the "tap test". I tap each cracker with just the top of my my finger after the 10 minute mark and remove the ones I deem crispy to a cooling rack to cool and keep the others in until they pass my test).
- Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

Megan, this is super amazing! It’s so yummylicious.
And guilt-free. I’ve made it twice and the second time, I used a cookie presser! Awesome! We never tire of the taste. Thanks again. I used my TM6 and they turned out lovely both times.
Have a lovely holiday season.
You too Za~
Easy, tasty, Crispy, moreish. What more can I say. Thanks Megan. Great recipe.

Where can I get the nutritional yeast flakes from as nothing comes up when I click on it
Just made these and they are amazing. I’m not much of a cook but these were so easy. The whole family will eat then. Thank you
That is so awesome Sharlene. I love these crackers myself.
I still come back to these crackers. I LOVE them. So quick to make too. I roll out between baking paper slide a baking tray under. Cut the rolled out dough into rectangles, not separated, and cook. They click apart when cooled. So quick and mess free.
These are one of my faves too Leanne. I do mine that way mostly, I just use cookie cutters for pics lol.
These crackers are seriously amazing! Definitely a favourite in our house!
Hi Michelle, thanks so much for the awesome review. I too believe these are pretty sensational.
Hey there,
Could I sub the sesame seeds for something else? Sunflower seeds maybe? My son has sesame anaphylaxis so would prefer to leave them out.
Cheers!
Hi Lucy, just add some poppy seeds or more of any of the others.
Could I substitute the sesame seeds with something else? Sunflower seeds maybe? My son is anaphylactic to sesame so would rather leave them out.
Cheers.
