Crispy Keto Almond Crackers
Crispy Keto Almond Crackers are quite simply the very BEST keto cracker recipe on the internet. A big claim, but I think these crackers are the bomb.
Easily one of my most popular recipes, and a great recipe base to flavour and change up to customise the cracker.
The greatest thing about these crackers is they taste just like eating a normal cracker (with gluten and wheat) but without it. Not like other seed crackers that just taste weird. I think these taste a lot like Vita-wheat.
Crispy Keto Almond Crackers Ingredients
Here is what you need to make our Crispy Keto Almond Crackers. What is so great is all the ingredients are more than likely in your keto pantry now.
All you need is almonds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, parmesan, egg, sumac and salt flakes.
A very simple low carb cracker recipe with less than 8 ingredients.
How to make them
My crispy almond crackers are pretty easy to make. I have included a method for a Thermomix keto cracker as well for our thermi fans. If you want more keto recipes for the Thermomix then check out the link to all our huge collection.
Anyway, for everyone’s convenience I have included both a conventional method and thermi method to make these very tasty and low carb crackers.
CONVENTIONAL METHOD
- Preheat oven to 170℃ (fan forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper
- Place all ingredients, except salt flakes into a food processor and mix until dough comes together.
- Spread out onto baking tray and cover with another piece of baking paper. Press dough out with hands until thin (2-3mm thick).
- Sprinkle dough with salt flakes and cover again with baking paper to press the salt into the cracker dough.
- Using a pizza wheel cut cracker to size. Bake in oven 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
THERMOMIX® METHOD
- Preheat oven to 170℃ (fan forced). Line a large baking tray with baking paper
- Place all ingredients, except salt flakes into mixer bowl. Mix 30 sec/speed 5. Follow from Step 3 above.

Ingredients
- 160 g almond meal
- 60 g sesame seeds
- 20 g poppy seeds
- 1 / 4 tsp sumac See Note 1
- 1 egg
- 15 g parmesan grated, See Note 2
- Maldon smoked sea salt and pepper
Instructions
