The Ingredients
Scroll to the bottom of this post for the amount of each ingredient needed to make keto whipped cream.

There are only 3 ingredients in my keto whipped cream. Only one of those ingredients is absolutely needed (cream) and the other two are optional.
Thickened or heavy cream. To make keto whipped cream you need to use either thickened or heavy cream. They can be with or without thickeners. Pouring or single cream does not whip. For a dairy-free keto whipped cream, you can use coconut cream. This makes for a perfect keto vegan whipped cream.
Powdered sweetener. I use Sukrin Melis powdered sweetener. It is zero calorie and zero carb. For me, it also has no cooling after effect so it is my sweetener of choice for this recipe. Use whatever you prefer and add as little or as much to your personal taste. I like whipped cream as it is without any sweetener but I have to say making it this way is pretty delicious too.
Vanilla Extract. I use a thick vanilla paste but you can use vanilla extract, essence or seeds.

Step 1. Insert the butterfly. Add all the ingredients to the mixer; mix speed 3/cap off until soft peaks (around 30-45 sec) or longer to stiff peaks. Don’t over-whip or your cream will become butter!
