The best part of these super easy keto tortilla chips is all you need is just 5 ingredients.
Apart from a packet Mad Creations Soft Keto Wraps, you just need an egg, apple cider, vinegar, water and any seasoning of choice.
Personally I am loving the Cheddar & Spice Popcorn Seasoning from iHerb.
Plus I am also a little partial to the seasoning in our very famous Keto Barbecue Shapes. Oh, and also the Salt and Vinegar Seasoning in our Keto Salt & Vinegar Chips recipe.
how to make easy keto tortilla chips
- Place all wrap ingredients into a food processor or large bowl. Combine until the dough forms a ball. Shape into a large ball and rest dough for 5 minutes before rolling.
- Cut dough into 4 pieces and roll out between two sheets of baking paper until very thin (about 1 mm). Cut into a rectangular shape. Score tortilla chip shapes into the dough.
- Heat oil to high temperature.
- Fry chips in batches for 10-20 seconds. They will turn golden quickly. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Season chips with choice of seasoning and serve.

- 1 packet (1 packet) Mad Creations Soft Wraps Mix Use the link to purchase
- Coconut oil or lard for frying, See Note 1
- Seasoning of choice See Note 2
Instructions
- Place all wrap ingredients into a food processor or large bowl. Combine until the dough forms a ball. Shape into a large ball and rest dough for 5 minutes before rolling.

Notes
- Use any high temp oil of choice. I use lard to fry.
- Seasoning could be anything from salt and pepper or your favourite seasonings. My favourites are Cheddar and Spice from iHerb, Barbecue Shape Seasoning, Ranch Seasoning and Salt and Pepper Seasoning.
- The tortilla chips are best cooked and served immediately. They will go soft if stored.
