What is Creamy Jalapeno Sauce?
This Creamy Jalapeno Sauce recipe is the sauce you didn’t know you needed—but once you try it, there’s no going back! It’s the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and just the right amount of heat to keep things interesting. If you are a fan of Taco Bell sauce recipes, and pickled jalapenos, then this sauce is perfect for you. You’ll start by drizzling it over tacos and burrito bowls, but before you know it, you’ll be dipping your fries in it, slathering it on burgers, and maybe even sneaking in a spoonful straight from the jar (no judgment here).
It’s packed with jalapenos flavor without being overpowering. And the best part? It’s ridiculously easy to make. Just throw everything in a blender, and boom, you’ve got a restaurant-worthy sauce in minutes. Whether you’re a spice lover or just dipping your toes into the world of jalapeños, this sauce is about to become your new favourite kitchen staple! Depending on where you are, it might be called Salsa Doña, “Jalapeño Ranch,” “Spicy Jalapeño Dip,” or simply “Jalapeño Cream Sauce.”

Variations
Cheesy Delight: Stir in a spoonful of grated Parmesan or crumbled cotija cheese.
Extra Spicy: Add fresh jalapeño slices or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Milder Version: Use half the amount of pickled jalapeños and add Greek yogurt (or 2-ingredient yogurt) for a lighter taste.
Dairy Free: Leave out the sour cream. This is the perfect jalapeno salsa dona recipe for burritos, pouring all over your fave Mexican meals, or eggy breakfasts! I have tried it both ways and it is hard to decide which I prefer.
Herby Goodness: Swap coriander for fresh basil or parsley.
