Caprese Salad with Burrata Cheese
Burrata Caprese Salad takes the classic Caprese to a whole new level with the indulgence of creamy burrata cheese. This super-delicious salad combines ripe tomatoes, fragrant basil, and velvety burrata drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. It might sound too simple, but trust me, this Caprese salad with burrata is going to be a hit!
Why I Love This Epic Burrata Salad
I absolutely adore Caprese Burrata Salad for its luxurious creaminess and vibrant flavours. It looks incredible on the plate, tastes light and fresh, but is really satisfying as a meal. Plus, it’s incredibly easy to make, perfect for busy days when you want something special without a lot of fuss!
This salad is also gluten free and low carb keto friendly. Burrata is very low in carbs and 15 grams of protein per 100g serve. I love this as a salad to enjoy over the weekend or as an easy side dish.
