    I bought the book as it was promoted as having dairy free recipes. Most recipes marked as dairy free contain dairy ingredients but with a vague note of substitution options. Not all dairy ingredients have substitutions noted, eg cream cheese. I found this disappointing.

      Hi Lyndall, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with options. For cream cheese substitutes there are low carb vegan options available in most supermarkets and good food markets. Alternatively, we have used and tested substiting silken tofu for cream cheese and that works well as well as adding protein.

    The best vanilla icecream, I put about 5ml of vodka in and it’s perfect.
