The recipes in Meggfast 3.1 are absolutely next level as far as keto food goes . It’s real food that is easily accessible from my local supermarket and the variety is amazing. I love the concept of 4 days EF and 3 days of normal low carb days off . I have been incorporating these recipes into my meal plan for the last month as well as some from EF 1, 2 and 3.0 recipes and have lost weight and cms consistently each week. Egg Fast 1, 2, 3 were pure genius, but Megg Fast 3.1 takes keto to another planet. Every recipe is amazing. Of the 40+ recipes, I’ve printed out 28 that I will be making up. There are probably another 4 recipes that I will do later. Can’t even fathom the time in writing, testing the recipes in this book. We will never run out of keto food again.
