Bacon and Mushroom Keto Pasta Fettuccine
Keto pasta is a fabulous mid week meal! I am so happy to discovered this super low carb keto pasta that seriously tastes and has the texture of real pasta.
The internet and Facebook are just amazing at advertising aren’t they? Everyday I see advertising or keto followers reviewing the next great new product that we can choose to try or leave. While we tend not to eat many prepackage processed foods, I have found this keto pasta to be a great “quick and easy meal” item to keep in the pantry for when I need it. <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>
Buttery Beef Casserole with Dumplings
My buttery beef casserole is surprising delicious considering it was created originally with no testing at all done.
I had a simple request to convert a recipe from a Coles (supermarket) magazine from one of 365 members.
While the recipe in question wasn’t keto, it also wasn’t quite like this one but it inspired me to put a few simple ingredients together to create this delicious mid week meal. <>
So I finally decided it was time to create my version of a keto Butter Chicken. I have tried my share of Butter Chicken in the past and felt that most could do with a little bit more intense flavour and real lurve….
When I undertake a recipe that is steeped in tradition, and that also has such a huge cult following I do my research first, test a few others and then I blend my own style of cooking with the best flavours from the techniques of many traditionalists. A keto Butter Chicken wasn’t too hard to do, as really the original recipe isn’t too far from it anyway <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>
Chicken Avocado Almond Salad
This Chicken Avocado Almond Salad made every week day for many years, in a cafe I managed many many years ago.
It was the Chicken No 3 on the menu board and was VERY popular!
A simple mid week meal for lunch or dinner.
Chicken Milanese a favourite meal of many, with a nut free keto twist. I aim to please and this is one recipe that will have the whole family asking for more!
If you are wondering what the difference is between a Chicken Milanese and a Chicken Schnitzel, the answer is…. parmesan.
A chicken schnitzel recipe is traditionally done just with breadcrumbs.
In this chicken Milanese recipe I have not only used parmesan but also used one of my all-time favourite ingredients golden flax seeds/meal.
A popular mid week meal made keto.
Creamy Tuscan Chicken Lasagne
This Creamy Tuscan Keto Chicken Lasagne is simply divine! Sauteed mushrooms, shredded chicken breast, a hint of sun dried tomatoes and fresh herbs…. what is not to love?
It is starting to get a little colder here in Thornton, so some comfort meals are in order for sure. It feels like it has been so long since its been cold. The weather has been so crazy here for so long. So hot! So it was a nice change to whip up this recipe and enjoy something a little more hearty. <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>
Creamy Za’atar Chicken Carbonara
This Za’atar Chicken is one of my most popular bowl licking family meals I have ever created!
Using one of my very special spice blends, all the way from the Middle East, this dish is not “spicy” in heat but has the most delicious flavours.
Easy Delicious Keto Fish Tacos
These Easy Delicious Keto Fish Tacos are one of my most favourite meals on earth.
Can I even say that the very first time I ever tried a fish taco in Las Vegas back in the year 2000, I was hooked, in love, totally smitten. <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>

Garlic Chicken Thighs
The very delicious, very easy Garlic Chicken Thighs recipe, is one my all time favourites and soon will become yours too.
Chicken thigh recipes are totally my thing!
I think it’s funny that chicken is often considered a dud meal on a restaurant menu, yet in my kitchen chicken is often a star and these garlic chicken thighs are no exception.
I am always busy doing all the boring stuff behind the scenes, with very little cooking mind you, that when it comes to meal times it needs to be fast. Last night this garlic chicken was just what I wanted and needed.
KAFTA – Lebanese Keto Lamb Kebabs
If you don’t haven’t tried Kafta-Lebanese Keto Lamb Kebabs then you have been totally missing out!
While these are super simple to make and cook they do deliver big on flavour!
I love to make these and have them ready in the fridge for cooking a day or two before I need them, it develops the flavour so well.
Keto Beef Brisket Stroganoff
Well with a combination of asking my FB Group what they wanted recipes for, and hearing on the grapevine that Aldi had bisket for only $9kg I ended up with this Beef Brisket Stroganoff.
Slow cooked in my KA Multi-cooker, it turned out super succulent and flavourful with hardly any work done by me.\
Keto Cheese & Bacon Aussie Beef Pies
These Mad Creations Ketogenic Cheese & Bacon Aussie Beef Pies……all I can say is WOW!
These pies are what I would call in car terms a total sleeper. They look wholesome and boring on the outside but holy shizzle, the crust is made cheese and bacon what’s not to like…seriously! <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>
Keto Clubhouse Big Sexy Burger
This is where it all began! My first Keto conversion project, The Keto Clubhouse Burger!
I mean I have made plenty of recipes beforehand that would have been keto but just not trying.
See this recipe was created mainly for another low carb blogger well before I even changed to this lifestyle myself.
Keto Minestrone Soup
This Keto Minestrone Soup was originally created for one of my cookbooks, but because I believe this is one of the most perfect recipes I have decided to release it for free.
When first sent out to the testers I knew I was completely onto a winner when everyone kept testing over and over again. Sadly I was kind of hooked onto it as well. While the soup does have a bit of carrot and tomatoes in it (raising the carbs a little) I ate this soup part of a regular meal plan and lost weight every single week at a good rate. I have included this soup in the meal plan I am creating today for our 365 members, and adding to the site for them is what prompted me to release this recipe to everyone. <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>
Keto Okonomiyaki with Bacon Lardons
I love Okonomiyaki! Keto Okonomiyaki even more!
Seriously whether you do a vegetarian one, or one with thinly slinky sliced pork belly, bacon, whatever, it just tastes totally yum.
This recipe is easily made vegetarian, by leaving out your bacon lardons, and it still tastes amaze-balls.
Keto Sichuan Beef and Broccoli
Let’s just begin by saying I am seriously putting up my hands to say this Sichuan Beef has to be one of the tastiest meals I have ever tasted!
Two of the funniest things about that are, firstly I am not a huge “steak” consumer because I am not exactly the biggest fan of beef.
So for me to rate this so highly is just a huge surprise to me.
Keto Thai Pad See Ew – Thai Chicken Stir Fry
I love making everything keto and this Pad See Ew is no exception, in fact it is DEEElicious!
I need to thank Joanne Robinson and Michelle Gae for suggesting it on a Facebook Post, I took on the challenge and I think I have delivered on a really tasty Pad See Ew. <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>
Keto Sweet and Sour Pork
My Keto Sweet and Sour Pork recipe is the total bomb! I have a feeling this very simple sweet and sour recipe will very quickly become a firm favourite in many households.
I am working on a lot of new recipes at the moment I have to say that Asian ketogenic recipes are high on my list.
Why? Because it is simply what I want to eat. haha! The best way to get recipes for the site is to listen to my inner foodie asking for different cuisines.
Keto Tuna Casserole with Salty Bacon & Cheese
Mad Creations Keto Tuna Casserole with Salty Bacon Crust, is an inexpensive and timeless family favourite that everyone can still enjoy while following a Ketogenic Diet.

Lamb & Haloumi Keto Meatballs in Sugo di Pomodoro
Lamb & Haloumi Keto Meatballs in Sugo di Pomodoro…..Italian…Ahhhh..Mazing!
This is a family friendly keto recipe that the whole family will love.
I am not even a huge lamb lover but I have to say the lamb works so well in this particular keto meatball recipe.
Oven Baked Salmon in Foil – Lemon & Herb
An oven baked pice of salmon in foil is one of the easiest and tastiest meals I can make!
Quit simple less than 5 minutes preparation and 20 minutes in the oven this meal in less than 30 minutes is so amazingly fresh, zesty and easy!
I truly love having meals that take very little effort to prepare.
Cooking time doesn’t particularly bother me too much as I am lucky that I am home and can pop on my meals whenever needed.
However, this salmon dish is so easy, it is perfect for all of you who are pressed for time and get home from work and someone that seems that little bit fancy in a minimal amount of time.
Salt and Pepper Seasoned King Fish | Keto Friendly
These Salt and Pepper Seasoned King Fish fillets are the bomb diggety!
Everything you want in a seafood meal.
You can tell when a recipe is going to be good when you are cooking to your hunger and have no plan what-so-ever in what you are going to do with your fish fillets.
Slow Cider Braised Keto Pork Belly
I kind of loved this Slow Cider Braised Keto Pork Belly, there was very little to photograph so I need your help.
This is not like your typical pulled pork, or crispy pork belly. It is so soft you can cut it with a spoon, and enjoy the layers of both meat and fat in one super soft bite.
It is absolutely delicious! <<click below to read more and view the recipe>>
Slow Cooked Keto Meatloaf
Look this is an easy Slow Cooked Keto Meatloaf recipe that you can truly make your own. Add whatever the seasonings, and wrap it in bacon, roast vegetables, don’t wrap it all….it’s totally up to you.
My only recommendations are use fatty mince, and don’t over cook, you don’t want a meat brick.
Sticky Sugar Free Asian Pork Ribs – Keto Style
Pork ribs are one of my all-time favourite meals and this version far from disappoints!
Back in the day I was regularly making ribs nearly every other weekend.
First I would start off with a delicious spiced rub (that included brown sugar) then came the sauce and with that was my barbecue sauce that was again filled with brown sugar and molasses and a good splash of bourbon.
Well lets say those days are over and new versions need to be made that are equally as good, or in my humble opinion better! \
Super Easy Keto Lahmacun
This Super Easy Keto Lahmacun is set to become every family’s favourite.
What is a Lahmacun?
Lahmacun is basically an Armenian or Turkish pizza, that is made with mince meat that has been mixed with vegetables, herbs and spices, and is made very thin. Traditionally it is topped with some extra raw vegetables, a squeeze of lemon and rolled up and eaten that way. It is truly delicious, and also extremely easy to make.
Sausage Stuffed Roast Pork Loin
This was my interpretation of the voting poll winner for a Mad Creations SausageStuffed Roast Pork Loin.
Roast pork loin is a little less forgiving when baking as it is a lot less fatty, so I dealt with this in a simple way….I stuffed the sucker with sausage, haha!
